on Thursday 30th May 2013, commencing at 7:30 pm. Notice is hereby provided of the following resolutions to be put to the annual general meeting for all of our voting members:

• Approval of the minutes of the last AGM;
• Appointment of the Auditors for The Society
• Appointment of the legal advisor for the Society
• To elect members and officers of the Executive Committee for the coming year
• Report from the members of the three committees of OFTA
• Mission and Objectives for 2013/2014
