Thanks for coming to our AGM last night. Referring our discussion, the procedure for nominating the Executive Committee for Year 2012 to 2103 as follow;

 

Jun 11 to Jun 22 - Nomination of Executive Committee members for Year 2012 to 2013

Jun 25 -  Year 2012 Executive Committee Discuss and confirm the Year 2012 Committee Members (via Conference Call)

Jun 26 to July 10 - Nomination of Officer for Year 2012

July 11 - Voting for Officer by Year 2012 Executive Committee.

 

Executive Committee is required to be the Voting member of ETS Society.
