The Society will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on 23 April 2009. The agenda is as follows:

1. Propose the change of the Society’s name from The Society of Hong Kong External Telecommunications Services Providers Limited to Services-Based Operator Association.

2. Propose to review the membership fee.

3. Any Other Business
