There are 3 Categories of members i) Corporate Members Organizations whose predominant part of activities is a Service Based Operator (SBO) and/or International Value-Added Network Services (IVANS), and who hold a valid SBO License issued by OFCA in Hong Kong.

Ordinary Member ii) Associate Members Organizations that have an interest in developing relationships in the External Telecommunications Industry in Hong Kong and, although not being primarily part of the industry itself, have some part of their current activities catering to the industry's needs, such as supplying Telecommunications products or services. iii) Individual Members Individuals who express an appropriate interest in the Telecommunications Industry in Hong Kong.
