Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of The Society of Hong Kong Services-Based Operators Limited (the “SBO Society”) will be held at: Trafalgar 5/F, 54-62 Lockhart Road, The Broadway, Wanchai, Hong Kong on Thursday 10th August 2017, commencing at 6:30 pm. Notice is hereby provided of the following resolutions to be put to the annual general meeting for all of our voting members: - Approval of the minutes of the last AGM;
- Approval of Audited Account for the FY 2016
- Report from the members of the committees of OFCA
- Mission and Objectives for 2017/2018
