on Thursday 7th May 2015, commencing at 6:30 pm. Notice is hereby provided of the following resolutions to be put to the annual general meeting for all of our voting members:

• Approval of the minutes of the last AGM;
• Appointment of the Auditors for The ETS Society
  
• Appointment of the legal advisor for The ETS Society
• To elect members and officers of the Executive Committee for the coming year
• Report from the members of the committees of OFCA
• Mission and Objectives for 2015/2016
