on Thursday 18th December 2008, commencing at 6:00 pm.
Notice is hereby provided of the following resolutions to be put to the annual general meeting: 1. Approval of the minutes of the last AGM; 2. Appointment of the Auditors for The Society 3. To elect new members and officers of the Executive Committee for the coming year 4. Report from the members of the three committees of OFTA 5. Mission and Objectives for 2009:- Promotes trade between members; entertainment functions; more active role in OFTA and/or Government Bureaus etc. This will be followed by the monthly ETS Happy Hour – Cocktails and snacks will be served
