Wanchai, Hong Kong on Thursday 30th May 2013, commencing at 7:30 pm. Notice is hereby provided of the following resolutions to be put to the annual general meeting for all of our voting members: - Approval of the minutes of the last AGM;
- Appointment of the Auditors for The Society
- Appointment of the legal advisor for the Society
- To elect members and officers of the Executive Committee for the coming year
- Report from the members of the three committees of OFTA
- Mission and Objectives for 2013/2014
