Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of The Society of Hong Kong External Telecommunications Service Providers (the “ETS Society”) will be held at: Trafalgar
5/F, 54-62 Lockhart Road,
The Broadway, Wanchai, Hong Kong on Thursday 8th May 2014, commencing at 6:30 pm. Notice is hereby provided of the following resolutions to be put to the annual general meeting for all of our voting members: - Approval of the minutes of the last AGM;
- Appointment of the Auditors for The Society
- Appointment of the legal advisor for the Society
- To elect members and officers of the Executive Committee for the coming year
- Report from the members of the three committees of OFTA
- Mission and Objectives for 2014/2015
